Return Policy for FutureTechLuis

At FutureTechLuis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase, allowing you to return or exchange items according to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (including packaging, tags, etc.).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns must be processed through our official returns process (details below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective)
  • Fishing lures, hooks, or bait (if the packaging has been opened)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • In-Store Returns: You can return items to our physical store at:

    Please bring the product and proof of purchase to our store to initiate the return.

  • Online Returns: If you purchased the item online, please contact us at info@futuretechluis.com or call us at (503) 263-8397 to request a return authorization. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • The refund will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@futuretechluis.com or (503) 263-8397. We will provide a free return shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund.
